I watched 'TVB Anniversary Lighting Ceremony' last night on Chinese Channel. It was really good, I loved 'The Gem Of Life' catwalk performance, Linda looked so cool! She looked like a professional model, I also loved Gigi's appearance, I haven't seen her on-screen for ages. They also released some of the previews for the series, Louise character is going to be like Susanna's in "moonlight", she loves money! I am still not to her character yet, I prefer Hor Ma!

I cannot believe my eyes when I was looking down through the 'Best Actress' nomination list, I realized Yi wasn't on it! After all the hype of Yi getting the 'Best Actress' award and now it turned out to be she isn't even on the nomination list! >=[ I am so annoyed! Why won't TVB even give her a chance, I don't care if she will get the award or not, but at least put her in the nomination list! At least make her look like she is being recognised by the audience which she is anyway! It is so not fair to Yi. Does TVB get to choose who to put on the nomination list themselves? If yes, they are so blind! Yi, I feel so sorry for you, but you are already the best actress in my eyes. =D

First of all, TVB lighting ceremony. =]

The stars above includes Charmaine, Gigi, Yee, Yi, Linda, Kate and Shirley. I can't believe Fung didn't attend! Where is he?! How can he not attend TVB anniversary shows? Naughty Fung! You've disappointed your fans. =[ From the pics above, I am already predicting there is going to be another fashion crisis on this year's TVB anniversary awards ceremony night, what the heck do they all think they are wearing?! Can't they just see the wrong side of it? Gigi and Linda didn't have a choice of what to wear during the lighting ceremony because they had to do this 'The Gem Of Life' catwalk performance, so I don't blame them, the black dress actually looked quite nice on Gigi. But Yee and Shirley... will you both please change your hairstyle? Those glitter stuff in Yee's hair just looks WAY overdone, making her want to catch twice as much attention with her glittery dress as well. As for Shirley, this is a special event, why are you dressed so casually? I think the best dressed above, looking at those pictures is going to be Kate, well... I'm glad she have improved from last year's TVB anniversary. I can still remembered what she wore last year...

I added one of Linda's debut album songs to my music player on the sidebar, it's called 'Actually I Am Unhappy' if translated to English. I heard the song played during one of the parts in the "moonlight" banquet called 'Yu So Chau's Decision'. Ever since I heard it there, I started to like the song, I used to hated it though. The song will follow after Fung's 'Lover And Sea'.

I watched 'The Four' up to episode 5 today. =D I am loving it so far! It's Monday tomorrow, duh... another week starting of school again, but I have something to look forward to! Haha... Fung appeared on 'EEG Singing Contest', it got aired today in Hong Kong. He was singing "moonlight"'s subtheme and then he sang 'After Tomorrow' Cantonese version with Vincy. Is it me or does he look especially handsome there? Haha... =D I'm always saying good stuff about Fung.I also liked Vincy's individual song.

TVB released a continuation of last week's "moonlight" special edition of JSG. This time, the main focus is on the younger generation in 'Moonlight Resonance'. What really made me wanted to watch this part is because of Fala singing 'Ice Cream'! Of course I wanted to watch Fung and Yi too! Fala's singing was a bit shaky, but still quite good for a beginner at singing, she said she is currently learning how to sing. Haha... I wonder if she is going to release an album soon. I hope she does. =]

Fung and Vincy's duet song called 'After Tomorrow' have finally released its MV. There are 2 versions of it, one from TVB Jade channel and the other one from TVB8, the Mandarin channel. Well, it's not actually 2 versions, but it's just that the one from TVB Jade channel is cut off near the of the MV and the TVB8 channel cut off the beginning bit of the MV, so both channel's MV isn't full. If you download the 2, you will be able to see the "whole" MV. But I am sure there is still one more version to be release because Fung will be releasing a limited edition of his 'Your Love' album which will come with 6 postcards and a DVD with 3 MVs of his songs.

Hello guys! =] I found the download link for "moonlight"'s banquet from last night and also some other stuff. Here goes...

OK... this was the banquet bit. It was rather short, there was 2 parts... first part was before the ending episodes aired and the 2nd part was when they finished airing the ending. I heard from somewhere that Susanna was supposed to be "rapping" the famous 'family rhyme' from the series with the audience at the banquet, but she didn't. =[ I was looking forward to that... oh well, at least she and Fung sang. They played some random games and a did small play on the stage, Louis was so funny when he made fun of Fung's sub themesong of the series! Haha... poor thing!

And also I found a TVB entertainment news clip with the flashbacks of some of the memorable scenes in "moonlight". Oh man... I am going to miss "moonlight" even more after I watch this. =[ *sob sob* As for my most memorable scene, it must be the scene when Yi ran away from home because of Susanna and she hid in the telephone booth, her family left her touching messages in her voicemail box on her phone and then they chased after her as soon as they found her. So sad!

I have just finished the ending of "moonlight"! Oh my... I was crying at the end, it was so touching. =[ I know I said from my last update that I will take a while to blog my next update, but "moonlight" just finished today, I can't resist not to blog! Anyways, today's update is going to be based on "moonlight" and Fung.

First of all, below is the special edition of 'Scoop' with the 'Moonlight Resonance' cast on. The show aired a day or two ago just before the last 2 episodes was aired.

They re-played back those slapping and fighting scenes and the scenes which the golden lines were said. Haha... I found some of them really funny! Also, the interviewers asked the cast's feelings of the filming and if they had a chance of switching characters with one of the actors/actress in the same series, who would it be. Fung answered Fala's character (Ah Hing), he said he would like to experience what it would be like not having to talk in a serie.

Here are the list of things the story turned out to be like in the end:

. Michelle went to jail and she turned back to good, she then went over to New Zealand to continue her living
. Moses didn't die
. Fung and Linda got back together
. Yi and Moses got back together, they had babies together, one born and one still yet to be born
. LokYi and Kate got back together
. Kate turned back to good
. It was a happy ending!

The ending scene was the whole family singing 'The Moon Represents My Heart' while flashbacks of the family from the series was shown. It was so touching, after all the ups and downs, the family finally get together and have a happy ending. I am glad Michelle turned back to good while Linda and Fung also got back together. I am going to miss "moonlight" really badly, I am sure it will feel the same for most of you too. I am waiting for the download link of the "moonlight" banquet, I hope I can see it soon.

"Moonlight" JSG ; 'The Four' Preview ; Magazine Scans ; Ice Cream Full Version ; Thoughts ; Added Layout Signature

Some of the "moonlight" cast went on the 'Jade Solid Gold' music show a few days ago, the show aired on the 17th in Hong Kong. However, not the whole cast attended. From the "siblings", Ah Chau (Linda) and Ah Ka (Moses) sadly, couldn't attend the show. The show started with Susanna singing the themesong of 'Moonlight Resonance' with the rest of the cast who attended surrounding her, LOL... I found it really funny, they all looked so bored when she sang! Haha... or is it just what they call "acting"? Overall, I enjoyed the show, some of the golden lines from the series was once again spoken out by some of the cast during the show. But most importantly, Fung's sub themesong of "moonlight" got no. 1 on the music chart! Haha... =D Congrats Fung!

As you may all know already, the new TVB series called 'The Four' (starring: Fung, Ron, Kenneth, Sammul...etc.) is going to be aired on next Monday (the 22nd) in Hong Kong. I am not much of an ancient TVB series fan, but I will still watch it for Fung and Selena. Selena is going to be paired up with Kenneth again in the series. Why is TVB so un-refreshening? Can't they find someone else to pair up with her? I am sick of seeing them together in series after series! Fung is going to be with Kate in the series... I am not a big fan of Kate. Oh well, lets see how it all goes...

This is just my random thoughts... the ending of 'Moonlight Resonance' is going to be aired as a 2 hours finale in Hong Kong on Sunday. I am having mixed feelings, nervous and sad at the same time. Nervous because I wonder what the story will turn out to be like in the end, is it going to be happy or tragic? And sad because the series is going to be ending, 'Moonlight Resonance' is one of those few series which really made me addicted to it and got me really focused into the story, I find it very difficult to find these TVB series for me... and of course I will also miss seeing the "moonlight" cast as well as Fung and Yi on-screen. =[ However, there is always hope for TVB to film a 3rd sequel.

Happy Mid-Autumn festival guys! Have you ate your moon cakes already? Are you playing with the colourful lanterns now? Or just enjoying the full moon? Unfortunately, I don't seem to catch a sight of the moon where I am, no luck for me on this year's Mid-Autumn festival. =[ If you are enjoying the full moon now, do treasure it!

It is the 15th day of the 8th Lunar calendar month today and it is said the moon is especially bright and always full on this special occasion. In China and Hong Kong, these are the list of things of how the people there might celebrate Mid-Autumn festival:

. Eating moon cakes outside, under the moon
. Carrying brightly lit lanterns, lighting lanterns on towers, floating sky lanterns
. Burning incense in reverence to deities including Chang'e
. Planting Mid-Autumn trees
. Collecting dandelion leaves and distributing them evenly among family members
. Fire dragon dances

If you have been paying close attention in 'Moonlight Resonance', you may probably know some of them already! How I wished I was in Hong Kong right now, it's way more festive over there with the colourful, brightly lit lanterns in all different shapes and sizes. To make this post TVB related, scroll down... And here is the gigantic moon cake from 'Moonlight Resonance'! It appeared around half way through the drama if I could remember. Haha... I am sure it is made out of plastic though! The pictures are taken from Vincent Wan's personal blog, yes! it really is him! I didn't know he had a Blogger account, LOL...

Yi looks so pretty and I know I cannot resist to say this, look at Fung's expressions, so cute! I love the whole "moonlight" cast, they all look so friendly.

Speaking of the moon, a quote from a Japanese drama released 2 years ago called 'A Song To The Sun' just jumped into my mind. Here it is:

"The moon you gaze at with someone you love is the most beautiful."

Aww... isn't it sweet?

New Blog ; Raymond Photo Chanel Sent Me

I have finally gotten the chance of going back to the online blogging world. Sorry for my delayed blogging because I have been busy with 'backing to school' and making a new layout. Some of my usual blog visitors told me they see the layout background was covered with the Photobucket logos saying the image have been deleted when they visited my previous blog. However, when I went on it, it seemed fine. Due to this confusion, I decided to open up this new blog called 'Zoe's TVB Bar'. Haha... yes, it is about TVB again! I will make this blog as a continuation of my previous blog, but it is just like a blog and URL change. I hope you all like the Yi layout, it's my first attempt of making one. =]

And finally! I have been waiting so long to blog about this... once again, Chanel sis sent me a Fung photo! Me and her decided to trade TVB stars photos you see... I traded her Fung photo with my Bosco photo I bought while I was in Hong Kong 2 years ago (or was it 1 year ago?). Omph man... look at those electrifying eyes of his! The background of the photo is so dark making him look even hotter! *drools* Chanel not only sent me the photo, she also wrote a small note in Chinese to me, haha... I requested her to write in Chinese for me because I really wanted to see her Chinese handwriting, but now she's saying it looks ugly?! No way! It looks way better than mine if you guys ever get to see my Chinese handwriting compared to hers. I hope Chanel sis wouldn't mind if I translate what she wrote to me in English and post it up here because I can't type Chinese characters on my computer. *wink wink Chanel... LOL*
